It is being reported that Robert Pattinson is in talks to play Britain’s Prince Harry in a new movie!
The actor — who plays vampire Edward Cullen in the smash hit Twilight movie series (it’s about vampires, btw) — is apparently up against Harry Potter star Rupert Grint, who is also vying for the role.
The movie, called The Spare, will cover the highs of lows of the young prince’s royal experiences, including the death of his mother Princess Diana and his time spent on the front line of the Army in Afghanistan. Filming is set to begin next year in both the UK and the Middle East.
Ok, I love the idea of Rob in a movie…. but honestly gotta say i find it extremely weird when there are movies about people who are still alive….. seems so arrogant….I guess he is a prince tho.
God knows I love me some Rob but I have to defer to Rupert on this one. Not only does he already have the signature red hair but I also think he would do a bang-up job. He’s a good actor and he should be given a fair shot. Believe me, with as many scripts as Rob is probably receiving at this point I’m sure he won’t even miss this one.
sorry for sounding totally vain, but i simply think that Rob’s way too good looking to play Prince Harry… LOL.. Rupert’s much closer to Prince Harry in the looks department…
