Marking his special day with a Canadian party, Robert Pattinson stepped out on his 23rd birthday on Wednesday (May 13) after a long 12 hours of filming inside the studio in Vancouver.

According to sources on the scene, the “Twilight” heartthrob arrived at the Global Grill and Satay bar – bringing out co-star guests including Kristen Stewart, Ashley Greene and Jamie Bower, among other cast members.

The “New Moon” group arrived around 9pm and left around 1am, with Rob covering his face in the taxi as it sped off to his hotel for the evening.

@jage I don’t know. Sometimes it seems like they are and other times it seem like they aren’t. Well, let me put it this way. Rob always seems to be infatuated/interested in Kristen. It’s in his eyes. Kristen seems to flounder, but they both always want to keep any inkling of their infatuation or caring for each other, away from the public.

RP has ta know that w/o us fans buggin him and flooding the theatres and screaming for just a glimpse of him he’d cease to be. Right now he’s one of the FEW hottest, most sought after actors out there now . . . and that’s becuz of his fans. Ok, here late again, and i missed CS, but i am sure she will be back to check, so here goes:
@CS, first concert was Frankie Goes To Hollywood, at the Music Hall in Houston.
I have seen about 40 stadium concerts in my life, and countless club shows.
Last big concert was MCR and Muse.
Favorite “Edward” scene on Twilight…i guess its the gazebo scene at the end, when Edward refuses to change Bella. Its the whole scene, you can see what a good actor RP is. He looks amused at her immaturity. That’s about the only time KS looks like she was actually acting, instead of just flat and bored.
Worst thing about KS in the whole movie: she is just not animated at all with Edward, she seems bored and annoyed by him. She looks like she might be attracted to him, maybe twice in the whole movie, but she is much more animated and likeable with EVERYONE else in the movie, except Edward.

KS is like a deer caught in head lights most of Twilight….there’s this one interview with Rob where he talks about his favorite scene in the movie in the hospital when he’s trying to intimidate her and he says that he’s trying to make all these faces to scare her and she just basically sits there like DAH……..he says he didn’t know if she was really into her character or being herself or what…he picked up on it too. Rob totally made the movie!!!!!! I wish I could see Little Ashes or How To Be b/c those are more quirky type films that I think Rob would be really good in, and I can’t see them.

I will give you a scenario, you give me your answers: Okay, say a family has one vehicle, which is almost paid for, but it IS a 2001, so its not as nice as it was. Runs fine, just a lot of miles. Will be paid off in 11 months. So the husband wants a new truck. He works hard, doesn’t ask for much, but wife likes vans, not trucks. He wants to trade in van so he can get truck NOW. She wants to wait, but feels guilty because husband works so hard, and deserves something nice. What would RP do? Or you?

I’m up late tonight, but not for too long. Saturday is always a busy day for me. Basically, I’m running around taking my sons to their activities.

I’ve been surfing the net looking for new live RP Interviews. I settled for old ones. I still like watching them because he’s so funny. I found one I never saw before where the interviewer asks about their audition (same old question). It was Kristen’s answer that was interesting. She said that he can never lie. Sometimes it works to his advantage and sometimes it doesn’t. And Rob asked how does it work against him. Kristen didn’t want to answer, but he insisted that she answer. So she said your body. Rob thought that was hilarious and said, “My body!!?” Must have been a hot audition. I wish I could see the interviews he had with Ellen Degeneres, Tyra Banks and Jay Leno.

I hate to say it but Rob suggests sticking with a van, or a compromise (SUV) because he thinks you need more space when you have kids Rob understands that the husband would prefer a truck and works hard but Rob is very pratical.

Well we made it to the deadline today, or yesterday I didnt see how late it was. So now it’s jut a matter of editing and putting everything in place. It is really close. We have time since Rob will be in Italy. We just have to have it there when he gets back.

Hello! @ Scorpienne, maybe would you consider a pickup truck with the 4 door cab? That way you still have the extra seats for the kids…?

I agree with Jade. I would keep the van (better for the family and flexibility/freedom with regards to your schedule) and a new truck (preferably when the van is paid up). I personally prefer having my own car. I don’t like to depend on or wait for anyone if I don’t have to.

I felt guilty leaving u ladies, while i went out slackin. Saturday is “family day” for me, It’s 67’s in NYC. It’s gorgeous. Took the ferry to see Ms. Liberty, then to chinatown, to have some dimsum, chicken feet, sesame buns,. etc.

Family days always take priority Amelie. Anyone of us who don’t get that….well……ewe know I have been in and out with my family today and will be tomorrow too. Tomorrow we are doing the art show downtown and the strawberry festival. The weather was just too iffy this morning to attempt either. Well I had a crappy night last night! I took off of work to party and had a freak asthma attack instead. It was so bad someone was gonna call an ambulance. I came out of it in under 15 min.
